Mission:
To enhance the quality of life in High Point by proactively maintaining, improving, and administering an effective and efficient water distribution and waste water collection system.

• Provide sufficient volume and adequate pressure of water.
• Maintain quality of potable water delivered by the Ward Water Filtration Plant.
• Provide an acceptable system of convenience for domestic and industry wastewater.

• Perform new water and sewer service taps.
• Crews are on call 24 hours a day to respond to any water or sewer emergency.
• Utility improvement projects of the water distribution and wastewater collection system.
