    When a fire, smoke or water damage occurs the resulting contamination within the HVAC system must be removed for the well being of all building occupants.

    Cleaning the HVAC system after a fire damage removes soot and smoke odor in the system and prevents redistribution of soot into other parts of the home or building. If the ducts or HVAC system are affected during a water dama?e, it is imperative that the HVAC system is cleaned and treated with an antimicrobial to inhibit mold growth.
